years ago, at some point in my life as a humanities academic I asked my online colleagues whether I should keep off-line copies of useful resources I found online, and the overwhelming consensus was that what was available today would be available in the future. @sjoerd I mean, this isn't really the sort of thing you'd keep around. I just want to turn an ISBN into structured data.
The value in the data is that it is both massive and constantly updated. Very little point keeping an offline copy.
