I don't own a gun. I have not touched a gun for decades. I have not once seen a gun in public in the city where I live, except for the pistols carried by law enforcement. Because in Denmark we don't have guns.
Our last school shooting was in 1994.
In the US 13,000 people will die from gun violence this year.
In Denmark only 10.
I call that being pro life.

Gun reform is on my list.
This country needs a complete overhaul.
@randahl I’m unsure if gun laws in the USA should be called culling, population control, or insanity.
@randahl I was once a 'gun professional'. I was a small arms weapons instructor and Infantry officer. Since retiring I have never owned a firearm
@harold I love the scene in the documentary "Bowling for Columbine", where Michael Moore talks to a number of Americans who own plenty of guns.
Then he drives north a few kilometers and crosses the border into Canada, to a town where they do not own guns. They do not even lock their front door.
Mind-blowing.
There are 9.9 firearms per 100 citizens in Denmark. Canada has 34.7/100, Sweden has 23.1/100 and Finland has 32.4/100.

@randahl That's the thing that drives me crazy about how people act like getting rid of guns is some new, untested concept. A lot of the world has done this long ago and proven year after year that it actually works.
And the one thing people claimed they needed guns for here, they're literally not using them for...
