May I suggest to also throw in an matching drive into the box as well? Nothing worse than having the storage media, but no way to read it.
Verbatim 43888 is about the size of a jewel case.
Also, maybe make each disk bootable with some OS and all the tools required for reading the data, too.

@datenwolf yeah I thought about that (putting a slim drive inside) as well. But that was kind of above my feel good budget for this iteration of the project 😊 Next iteration maybe :)
@hukl The actual killer of CDs and DVDs so far seem to be wrong temperature & humidity in storage, promoting growth and other plastic/material breakdown.
How about some form of oxygen absorber and maybe silica inside a sealed container for really important discs?
@manawyrm if you read the blog post you will find that I mention the silica gel 😊 Apart from that the M-Discs are supposed to be more robust than typical optical discs.

Bonus als Manipulationsschutz (hab ich für den Versand von irgend ner Crypto-Wallet gesehen, finde leider keine Referenz mehr): Verschiedenfarbige getrocknete Erbsen mit rein. Vakuumieren, dann ein Foto von machen.
Ein Öffnen und anschließendes Wiederherstellen des Musters dürfte sehr anspruchsvoll sein...
