@thomasfuchs @brooke I suspect the monkey’s gender change doesn’t take place within a single “story”, but rather between one original story (where it has one gender) and an adaptation of that story (which alters the gender as part of generally changing the character)
as to where this happens, hell if I know… Planet of the Apes seems as good a guess as any? (also, there’s been lots of planets of the apes, so I have a higher chance of being right. that’s how probability works right)
