I'm SweetLuna. I was told my comment on KDE's AI policy issue caused backlash here. I want to clear some things up.
My KDE account was banned shortly after the issue was locked. The nazi's account wasn't banned until 1,2 days later. I have attached the e-mail I received.
My gitlab account was set to private. I'm not a regular KDE contributor but have been a community member for over a decade. I have contributed code to other big foss projects like Qt and maintain some KDE packages on a distro.
3)I made a new account to comment. Using my real one, would get me doxed on kiwifarms and 4chan.
4)The nazi has friends in KDE. He frequently mentions his "KDE friends" on Twitter. I can guarantee that if his friends are the people who read and handle CoC reports, he will not be banned.
5)KDE's CoC is limited only to KDE contexts. Not Twitter.
I don't get why I'm banned when all I did was try to protect the KDE community from Nazis and make sure the AI policy discussion was fair. A KDE developer even 😄-reacted to my comment.
Getting banned "by proxy" got turned into me "doxing" a nazi and then "disturbing" the issue. My ban reason changed every time people weren't buying it.
I was labeled a "troll" for trying to protect a community I used to care about, and I don't want to waste even more of my time on it. Argue with yourselves.

KDE (sysadmin and not someone from the CoC) writes I was banned because the posts I quoted violated the CoC themselves, and by proxy, I violated it too.
KDE and users here are asking why I didn't report it privately.
1)I don't know where. Every code of conduct has a section about reporting and enforcement. KDE's doesn't https://kde.org/code-of-conduct/
2)I saw a Nazi on Twitter trying to influence a time sensitive decision that affects my own hardware. His influence would have worked if I waited.
