@radex begs the question, what’s the standard in Bucharest?
@lake I've definitely seen stray cable and splice boxes hanging all the way down to the sidewalk. It looks as if zero fucks are given and every provider does whatever the fuck they want.
also, I've only been to two other cities in Romania and they did not have this, so it may be a Bucharest-specific issue that they never invested in underground piping (and don't care enough to at least make it tidy like they do in Spain)
