@matuzo yeah. There are lots of people out there really hurting for not being able to find a job. On the other hand, if you’re getting lots of applications from lots of people who can so the job and need a job, you’re not looking for the needle in a haystack; you’re looking for a needle in a big pile of needles and straw.
(Some will say it’s probably 3 good applicants and 4997 chancers and bots, but I don’t think it is. Lots of people are chasing fewer jobs these days.)
