@arstechnica I'm not sure how you enforce that on VPN providers who are based outside the US. Also, maybe we have more important things to focus on? *waves hands excitedly pointing at EVERYTHING*
@arstechnica No, the bill would help corporations lock down our culture and memories even tighter. They will absolutely use this to shut down anybody and everybody they don't like, just like the DMCA.
And our government can't be trusted to be the arbiters anymore because they will absolutely allow Right Wing terrorists to operate right in the open and use this law as an excuse to censor other content.
