@neil The only thing I'm fighting now is the config to make you have to login to make a room, but be able to join as a guest. The instructions aren't working. 🤔
If you want to do a shared ssh session at some point / screen share, I'll happily help if I can.
@neil I did this, but the guest stuff seems to completely override the LDAP stuff:

So I added some auth config to jicofo, which is now making LDAP prompt correctly, but for some reason username and password rejected (they're correct, and saslauthd is running and working). 🤷
I'll poke more later. So close. LDAP works, guest works, LDAP falling back to guest, not so much! There must be some tiny change since the docs were last updated.
