@emma I haven’t seen the kind of racist dogpiling that happens often in fedi. If it happens, it’s not as visible to me. Also, while play.vicious got harassed out of fedi, Blacksky is thriving.
I’m not trying to make a blanket proclamation about some network being better and there’s plenty I dislike about bsky, but BPoC definitely seem to have a better time over there, overall.
@zkat am I allowed to voice my frustration that libs continue to explain away Talrico's transphobia on bsky and the mods do nothing?
@zkat look, if people want the centralized stark-fist-of-removal that BlackSky's mod team provides, then, no, fedi won't supply it because a mod decision has to propagate across instances.
