In 2013, @lexfri gave a talk at the One More Thing conference, with advice on how indie developers and companies should contact journalists and news sites. I learned a lot, and started following his advice immediately.

His talk was impactful enough that I took photos, and impactful enough that I still remember it today. The advice is still good and relevant.
