From Citizen.com A hazmat incident involving nitric and phosphoric acid in La Habra, #CA near LA has sent a toxic orange-yellow haze over area, authorities have ordered evacuations within 1-mile radius. Firefighters/hazmat teams working to isolate leaking tank, 3 people reported with injuries
