well, you know what happend if you refuse optional cookies?
A lot of cookies are still uploaded in your browser and none of them are strictly essential to the site to work.
Check it yourself using PrivacyBadger ( https://privacybadger.org/ ): it avoids cookie setting BUT tells you the site is trying to install them.
@Tutanota This might even be different if "partners" didn't always mean "a loose coalition of customers and spies buying your data".

@Tutanota And obviously Iubenda doesn’t offer a simple “Reject all” button.
And obviously Iubenda is what most websites use.
@Tutanota I would also ask: if there is the option of "legitimate interest", should I consider the rest of the options as illegitimate?
@Tutanota an official website of Polish train service provider, over 1700. It's bad when private companies and big tech do it, but when it's done by something that should be a public service it's even worse
