Finally gave in to lifestyle inflation and bought a fizzy water maker. So far I have only carbonated tap water.
What things have you successfully bubbled that I should try?
(I know how to search the Internet. I am interested in your personal favourites. If you don't have a fizzer, you don't need to reply.)

They don't seem to do the concentrate anymore, but I have fond childhood memories of making Tizer with a bubble-maker
@Edent highly recommend modifying it to work with larger CO2 tanks as soon as possible
@ryanc oooh! Hadn't considered that. Any specific brands you'd recommend? This one takes the screw-in ones, I think.
@Edent I got an adapter hose for mine and got tanks from a gas distributor - make sure you get food grade. Generally, you pay a deposit on the tanks the first time, and them just pay for swapping it out with a full one.
@Edent actually, if it's a soda stream, I have an adapter hose you're welcome to if it's compatible.
If I had a quid for every person I blocked for their unhinged response to this post, I'd have two quid. Which isn't a lot, but it is weird that this is the post which attracted the thunder twunts!

@Edent There's a series from "My Name Is Andong" about soda-making on YouTube. Outside fizzy drinks I've just made soda water.
@Edent We tried re-fizzing tonic water once. Did not work. Exploded everywhere, and then the machine was all sticky. Nowadays I just stick to water.
@web_goddess @Edent yes. I forgot the order once and added the syrup first then carbonated.
Similar outcome to Mentos & Diet Coke ensued. Very sticky kitchen...

@Edent tried making thier pepsi. its not worth it -- better to just buy it regular (if you like it).
@Edent personally I would only use water and then use it to dilute juice or something, essentially because my carbonator is hard to clean and I don’t want to grow stuff in it. Although I am curious to know what the result would be with soup.
Do it: chilled fruit tea
YMMV: chilled red wine (plonk quality) (I enjoyed this)
Don’t: milk (chilled or otherwise)
