It doesn’t terribly surprise me that a company like Morgan Stanley are thinking of shoveling all the risk onto pensions.
They don’t seem to recognize the gigantic payment obligation tsunami that will show up on the books If and when data centers actually come online, and the customers are obligated to pay for the capacity they signed up for regardless of how much they use. That has been estimated to be around $2.1 trillion by one guy so twice as much is the prime market
