so why I still/again use #slackware is the excellent base collection of packages, the recent versions, no systemd and it's design focused on leaving every piece of software "as is", super simple packaging I can easily add, absolutely ZERO fluff added, absolutely super stable, you can still understand the whole system, no snapflataptpackyum and almost "complete" for my personal taste.
I usually just add some of my fancy CLI tools I like and the container bla and I'm done.
