I like what Astral is doing from a tech perspective, but I'm not sure this sits right with me.
When Astral was a small company, it was one thing, but now that Astral is OpenAI, it kind of rubs me the wrong way.
Is this just me?

@webology it’s a little off but at the same time William is an extremely trusted and qualified person regardless of his role. That’s not a free pass but it helps :)
@coderanger No shade on anyone individually, but it's weird to me.
The foundations could start endorsing people, and that'd be weird too.
In a time when AI companies aren't exactly loved by anyone, they sure aren't reading the room.
