Kinda tired of Troll Politics and I am 100% willing to blame the tuned-out reactionary slacker ethos of GenX for this shift in the cultural zeitgeist.

The Troll Politics Mindset: Whatever you say is bad is what I'm gonna do, because I want whatever pisses you off, regardless of how much it might actually hurt me.
Hurting myself is always worth it, especially if it makes everyone else mad.
Harry potter is transphobic? Teslas are dangerous? Open carrying an assault rifle in a doughnut shop is anti-social? Associating myself with these brands makes you uncomfortable?
