@mos_8502 oh here’s an idea, per-user host name resolver configuration.
But this is starting to sound a lot like LDAP would fit quite well here
FNX really ain’t Unix.
If I do that though I should have them excepted from the hierarchy. There’s no reason for a user to override fstab.
@mos_8502 why not? As a user I would like to have full read/write access to all the files on the USB stick I just plugged in
