It’s political satire. The man in the picture is the Swedish prime minster, head of the conservative party and for a marionette cabinet taking orders from the far right.

@David @avadeaux.bsky.social @mrundkvist most copyright legislation has exemptions for parody, which I personally think is a good thing. It would be a sad thing if playing on existing art in satire and parody was deemed undesirable.
@btuftin Yes, when the source is known by the intended audience of the parody. But here, I don't see how it's a parody of "C'est arrivé près de chez vous" and while I could be wrong, I suspect that the film is not known in Sweden. Is it?
