Anyway solution for 1Password problem is straightforward
- Patch ChiPass (no-AI fork of KeePassXC) to support VaultWarden syncing protocol
- Develop a socioeconomic system capable of supporting a team of 3-5 people to do ongoing security response, UI design and multiplatform mobile app development without ruining literally everything in a quest for ever-expanding growth and illusory short-term efficiencies
- Apply said functioning socioeconomic system to ChiPass
@mcc @quixoticgeek Nitpic: if you want a team of 3-5 devs, then no you don't, you need to support a team of 4-7, so you've got adequate cover if someone gets run over by a bus/has a stroke. (One startup I worked at had a guy who had a stroke at 29. He was back at work after 6 months in rehab.)
You also need at least 2 office bodies (so admin is covered, including bookkeeping, paperwork, and talking to lawyers when someone sues you).
Small teams are vulnerable to one person failure modes.

This isn't a nitpick. This is a systemic problem in a whole lot of different systems.
