@EUCommission @The_Universality this says it was still up for approval from Parliament back in May. Has it been approved?

The proposal is with the European Parliament now. Before a topic gets voted on, MEPs get the chance to debate and make amendments in smaller groups, called committees. The Transport committee held an exchange of views earlier this week.
