I was reading the full text of my autism assessment, and the accommodations I need are in direct conflict with the requirements of my job. No amount of accommodations can make this job work; I am cooked.

@Steve well, the nature of the job changes day-to-day now that they've demoted me from the promotion they never paid me for, so there's no consistency in tasks. Multiple people use my work space and trash it regularly, and they will often tell us we're doing ten to 12 hour shifts instead of 8 hour shifts with little notice. They aren't going to change those things for me.
@Steve I've managed to get a job that is actively hostile to my brain, and the culture here reflects this as well; I am not welcome here.

@nonehitwonder I'm not sure how anyone could be at all productive in such an environment. I'm guessing you've kept an eye open for other opportunities.
@Steve yes, but nobody wants to hire a 45-year old into entry-level work, and nobody wants to give me a chance on anything else, so I'm just sending out applications and resumes and tailored cover letters into the void. I can't even remember the last time I got a rejection letter.
@Steve sorry, I know I'm being negative. I'm just so tired and I feel absolutely worthless.
@nonehitwonder There's a big difference between being worthless and having your worth go unrecognized. Our economic system specializes in the latter, masked as the former. It only values us for the specific value it can extract from us, leaving us with the impression that that's the only value we have.
Which is a lie. We each have all manner of value, only a fraction of which manifests in economic terms. Sadly, we all have to do that manifesting in one way or another, but it's not the measure of our worth.
@Steve regardless of my own feelings about my worth, the end result is the same; the only jobs I seem to be able to get are low-paying and deeply abusive.
@nonehitwonder I take it you're in a volatile sector.
That's a safe bet, considering how many sectors are volatile these days.
