After 14,000 views, there are almost no Ukrainians seeing this very Ukraine related and very hopeful video.

Does anyone know how to get this in front of the Ukrainian audience?

Would it require Ukrainian subtitles?

It may come as a surprise to you, but as a general rule of thumb, expect little literacy in English when:

* the country's native language isn't English
* the country's language uses a different alphabet
* the country is culturally associated with a bigger country which is not either UK or USA

In Ukraine, literacy in English is negligible, as the promotion for English as a second language instead of Russian only started 10 years ago in the country.
