So basically senior members of Reform gloated on camera to undercover reporters who posed as foreign donors about how they would violate electoral law and get away with it. As in, they routinely do. They carried on trying to solicit illegal payments for weeks/months, *after* the £5m allegations.
They clearly are chumps who did zero due diligence and have zero idea of discretion while continuing to be corrupt while under investigation.
The video is extremely incriminating and basically goading the authorities to do something. So it is extremely unlikely they will not be charged with crimes. Farage’s complicity and knowledge appears confirmed in one video but I am not a lawyer.
