@peterhoneyman Whit Diffie's answer to that will always be my favorite, but I feel I lack the panache to pull it off myself: "I'm a gourmet".
Don't know about food, but Whit's wine choices were always good.
What is it with security people and wine? Diffie, Steve Kent, Jim Hughes... I'd let them pick any time.
