@0xabad1dea I have been (rightfully) told off by multiple managers due to my work/life balance - it sets a bad example for people just starting out in careers which I get, but when you enjoy your work it’s something fun to do in your “spare” time, and then you get into that habit even when it’s stuff you’re like “ugh” about.
