I think the SolderPaster by @cibomahto has the best combination of simplicity and good solder paste printing results it's small too but certainly on the more expensive side.

The JLC stencil jig on the left is very finicky, the height adjustment was also disappointing.

Also tried the Eurocircuits system which Aisler cloned and offers under a different name but is the same, it only really works well with 1.6mm PCBs and requires a special stencil and either a 3D printed jig or one from EC.
