I think it is important to note, however, that he did not say that he wouldn't. He defaulted to saying he would obey the commander in chief. Which is to say, like the German Nazi generals ninety years ago who eventually tried to kill Hitler, that he would do it. He may not have plans to, but you can bet your ass Hegsgeth does.
