@farah Basically 12th and 13th grade in the UK. Often in a separate school typically called college, while the comprehensive school or grammar school or academy before covers 7th to 11th grade. (Before that: primary school, year 1 starts at age 4 or 5.) Most students (pupils) don’t attend sixth-form college. You only do this if you want an A-level. This is required for university. The diploma at 11th grade used to be O-level, now GCSE.

@farah It's what we call the last two years of school in the uk.
- Six years at primary school from age 5
- Five years at secondary school from age 11 with exams at age 16 (First year to fifth year)
- Then 2 more years at secondary school with exams at 18 (sixth form)
Sixth form used to be optional - you could leave school at 16 when I was at school - but education up to 18 is now compulsory
