i've been trying to find nice ways to send a few emails this year to old users.

these are folks who opted in to receive exactly these emails. and i get amazing traction. it's great for business.

but many of these emails were given to us years ago, i can get a lot of bounces too.

AWS uses heuristics to determine if you're a spammer. every bounce pushes you in the spammer direction.

this makes it nearly impossible for me to send these emails without getting banned.

@isaiah Can you send them spread out over multiple days, in small batches?

I wouldn’t know because I don’t know who my two users are or their email addresses. 😃

but the answer is… sure… but not in sufficient quantity. my mailing list is about 150,000 address.

so it would take about 4 years to get through it at 100/day.

and 100 is probably an unrealistically high number of similar emails that it would still get flagged and black listed too.
