How weird does this get? Well, it's almost like you put a somewhat incompetent AI in charge of a big box store.
I thought the mini-toolboxes were cool (I ended up buying the one on the left, even if it was a bit overpriced IMHO), but I'm pretty sure the other one is not a pancake maker.
The poffertjes-maker was elsewhere, and honestly this is probably the only store in the US where you could buy one of those off the shelf. Are these in high demand? I doubt it.
I'm going to give you a sense of the breadth of the products on display in the store, but I'm honestly not even going to come close to covering it properly.

I didn't get the whole aisle here (at some point, taking too many pictures in a store is its own weird), but here's a small section of the Automatic Wire Stripping Machine aisle.
Similar to the ultrasonic cleaners, there were at least 5-6 models of these on display.
Useful, I'm sure, but maybe not quite a hobbyist tool.
