Azodicarbonamide is a chemical used to make bread dough more elastic is also, incidentally, found in yoga mats.
It is not healthy. And in Europe it is not allowed.
Still, no burger crisis. No sudden change in taste. Just the same sandwiches, quietly made without it.
And a regulation quietly doing its job in the background while you ordered your dinner.
