Well, I thought the previous #CrowUpdate was going to be the last one before I leave, but surprise. Maybe because today is the first day in two months where you can spend more than 5 minutes outside without risking a heatstroke, but the crows have been around more and for some reason, Mr Crow even ventured in the part of the balcony that's close to the living room (he very very rarely does). Was he looking for me? Because I was clearly home but I didn't leave peanuts in the garden today? ⤵️
Anyway, when I opened the curtain he flew away, but when I opened the door, he was waiting for me in the park. I could spend some time with him (the most in a while) and peanuts were given.
As you may see, his wings are full of white spots, I assume that's part of the molting (the broken feathers dying or the new ones growing)
⤵️
I also found a way to take decent pictures with a zoom, but I need to use the macro function. However, as you can see in the pictures above (if you have a big screen) if he doesn't stand still, it's a bit blurry. For this one he stood still though. ⤵️
And as this is goodbye for a while, I even filmed a little (he almost flew away when I started filming because the new phone of course makes a new noise when I film)
(and yes, I wanted to post it on Loops instead of Youtube, but Loops really doesn't like me, even with a new phone, I just can't upload videos there from my phone, oh well)
Hello Mr Crow...
