it's a shame QLD is giving up on electric busses - once you've been in an EV bus, riding a diesel bus is uncomfortable and stinky

@decryption My problems with stinky uncomfortable buses have rarely related to the means of propulsion 🤣
@decryption how embarrassing. We're a super sunny state and have so much solar we will don't know what to do with it in the middle of the day, and the LNP knobs do this.
@decryption Imagine buying new diesel buses in 2026. What an absolutely terrible decision.
@decryption They're nice and quiet in the winter. Once summer hits, the air conditioner noise makes them about the same.
@decryption they are perfect here, short distances, slow speeds, lots of sitting still.
