I am moving, and every time I put a bag into the bag of bags I have intrusive thoughts about set theory. Does the bag of bags include itself?

Yes but it also immediately self destructs and opens a portal to the Astral Plane, causing all creatures within a 10 foot radius to be immediately banished. Any creature with an INT stat of less than 2 can’t move afterwards.

@vaurora it depends, is the containing bag defimed by its inner side, its outer side, or are you going the topology way and say it's a tortilla (possibly with handles)?
