Pour le moment, j'ai "bricolé" un truc avec VaultWarden, tu connais ? Tu en penses quoi ? L'UX est pas top, mais ça fais le job pour les trucs vraiment important. Et c'est du 100% local, ça flatte le parano à l'intérieur de moi. 😅

@nileane I migrated off 1Password for logins a while ago, but still have a lot of notes/documents to get out of it. Did minimal research, but looks like that's going to be a bit of a pain. :-(

@nileane I'm really happy with bitwarden, never been breached, open source, self hostable, I use the instance from libretic.fr with the official clients, it has share password features, TOTP, etc.
@lou_de_sel yeah i might try it again but my last two times with it were awful. The extensions were a buggy mess.

Like… why specifically fund Omarchy? *It’s literally open-source and fork-able. If you so happen to believe in the design philosophy of Omarchy so much why not just financially support a replica of it made by actually good human beings?* ***Why go out of your way to tell the world you think DHH is a chill guy?***

@nileane true. keepassxc alone doesn't include syncing. You can pair it with syncthing or a storage service like iCloud/Gdrive/Dropbox. Just stick your password db there, and syncing should be seamless. But I hear ya, not quite as easy as Bitwarden.

but also I've used Bitwarden and it fucking sucked. A buggy and ugly mess all around, and looking at screenshots now it seems it hasn't evolved much.
@nileane @deanatoire We started using BitWarden at work recently. I'd heard it was good, but it’s pretty basic compared to 1Password.
