@tante There's also another story by Lem, "Ananke" (from Tales of Pirx the Pilot), where a computer (which is "trained" instead of "programmed" like the LLMs) "learns" a personality disorder from his "teacher", which later causes a spaceship crash. This kind of resembles the idea that LLMs can "inherit" human biases such as racism from the human-generated training data.
