OWiD have a world map of graded *per capita* consumption-based CO2 emissions: “national emissions that have been adjusted for trade – production-based emissions minus emissions embedded in exports, plus emissions embedded in imports”.
It’s graded in 10 bands, with 0 to 2 tonnes per year being the lowest, and 18 tonnes and over being the highest.

@urlyman I am a staunch fighter for climate. IG you look at the trend from 1990 to 2023 the colours get much lighter in nearly all countries. China's emissions have likely peaked in 2025. Yes, its bad and it will be getting worse because we are not fast enough. But something is happening none the less. Just wanted to mention the positive side of the story :)
