@stux Please don't do this with fire hydrants. Fire departments need unobstructed access and visibility. Have fun with the rocks and tree stumps.

@stux Another way to do this, perhaps better as it wouldn't damage public infrustructure used for putting out fires... Bury 2-3 large concrete cinder blocks in snow man. This would have the added benefit that the car/truck would likely continue over the blocks causing a good bit of damage under the car as well as to the fender. Might be even more costly to the vehicle owner.

@stux Reminds me of comedian Linda Smith on the miners' strikes in #Sheffield: they were on the picket line in very cold weather, so they made a snowman. Police car knocked it down, so they built another one: it got knocked down again. "So then they built the next one over a bollard..."
