Do we need to find new places to put panels checklist:

has every roof been covered in panels?

If yes to above:
has every farm got an area for livestock to hide from the sun?
has every carpark been covered?
has every train platform got cover?
has every playground got sufficient shade?

If no to any of the above we don't need new "creative" places for panels.
