Recent events and a thought that had already been lingering in my mind for some time prompted me to register two new domains:
bsdcafe.eu
bsdcafe.it
The first is under European control, the second Italian.
Although as of today I have no reason for doubts or misgivings, having domains managed by European entities gives me a bit more peace of mind. How to put them to use will be a matter of reflection over the coming months.

@stefano It seems that the Iceland TLD (.is) have an extreme jurisdictional independence from US. Not being in the UE it can be a good candidate for independence. Beware of some TLD like .me and .to, which are running over US infrastructure.

@stefano I have an idea for a project and already secured the .com domain, but I think I will also register the .ca and use that instead because of... things. 🇨🇦
@stefano the force/need-migration, if it has to happen, onto another TL[D] can be syrup'y; depending on client-base size; but I think you did a really smart aquisition here.
@stefano .de TLD is also a good option, since it is cheaper than most other European TLDs.
