this is for claimed violation of copyright. causes of action:

* direct infringement by torrenting
* contributory infringement by torrenting

* removal or alteration of copyright management information

the torrenting is Anthropic's previously-admitted book torrenting in 2021-2022, other downloads and scraping, and the claim is this grabbed lyrics without paying for them

i don't see a claim that Claude's been spitting out copies (I just skimmed), but most of this is hammering on the copyright violation claims
