Anyone remember a T-shirt floating around the #ccc (congress) years back that riffed off the old German proverb, something like 'Vertrauen ist gut, Konsole ist besser'?
I can't find it online, wondered if it might have been 'shell' instead of 'konsole'. I'd like to remake it via a local screenprinter, on a shirt I already have. Want to get quote & design "richtig".

I don't remember a T-Shirt but I'm German. The original phrase ist "Vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist besser". If "Konsole" was intended as a joke maybe this won't be helpful. Konsole in German means something like Keyboard.

@joerghoepfner Yes you are right, I think it must have been "Shell", however in my years in DE, Konsole was often used in place of terminal, and even the shells they host, example: https://de.wikibooks.org/wiki/Linux-Praxisbuch/_Konsole
