Attorney General Bonta Secures Early Win for Voters in Lawsuit Over USPS Rule Restricting Mail-In Voting

OAKLAND — California Attorney General Rob Bonta issued the following statement after the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted a coalition of states’ request for a temporary restraining order (TRO), halting core parts of the Trump Administration’s U.S. Postal Service (USPS) final rule which unlawfully attempts to interfere with states’ constitutional authority to administer elections.

@heidilifeldman Newsom is a squish. But Banta, they are governor in 8 years. (Or so.) Or a Congress Person until after Xavier Becerra... Who is a kind of #Biden sycophant but may indeed serve for 8 years on the right side of history and to be fair, KNOWS DC. I supported them for gob. There are good California Dems, don't let #Newsom fool anyone.

@heidilifeldman I got an email today from the Maricopa County Recorder's Office (Arizona) letting me know my ballot will be in the mail on October 7th. It sure better be.
