according to this video, ballots in the mail are being "slowed down" Right Now by USPS, which just happens to be affect mostly liberals in a red state.

@rayckeith I've heard that this is actually a possible foot-shooting. That is, that GOP voters are less likely, given the rules, to go to a polling place, and more likely, given the rules, to do a mail vote anyway.
