@TheBreadmonkey i’ve said this many times but my favorite thing about Reeves’ Superman is how he plays Clark Kent. This dude is 6’4” and built like a truck, but he still manages to make the Clark Kent character appear meek and bland. The kind of person that you wouldn’t notice disappears in the middle of the crisis. I don’t think any other actor has come close.
OG superman is the best in the world. And the music makes me feel like leaping about. DA DA DAAAA DA-DA-DADA-DADAAAAA YES!

@TheBreadmonkey It’s still not amazing but I admire Brandon Routh for his game attempt to do the Reeves Superman.
Also, while not everything in the film landed for me, it was at the time exactly what I had been wishing for years they would do it with the 1990s Batsmen: pretend the latter two bad films never happened, and go back and make a sequel to the good ones.
Balls. Fine. I'll do it. But I'm not happy about it.
