Why is one frozen burrito too little but two frozen burritos is too much?
@farah delayed satiation response maybe?
IIRC, thereβs a 20 minute or so delay on βfeeling fullβ
@ZenHeathen @berdandy I donβt think this is universal for all AuDHD people. Not to toot my own horn, but Iβm very tuned to my bodyβs internal signals most of the time that itβs uncanny. My problem is with external signals
I'm plain ADHD, and my experience is about par with the Heathen's. When fully engaged in something, I can work till I almost faint before I realise I haven't eaten all day. Same with thirst, sleep, etc. And I'm always getting hurt because I don't know where my limbs are in touchy situations.
@farah Oh, interesting. Actually... Compared to the bodily experience I've become used to: Ugh, that must be awful. One's body, constantly talking and sending demands. I can't even imagine. π There's really only two things I'd like to improve: Suddenly realizing I need the bathroom every time I get up from doing one thing to go do something else, and bumping into things. @berdandy
@farah which brand I NEED TO KNOW FELLOW CANADIAN
@gildilinie Unfortunately not Canadian, maβam
@farah oh I thought I remembered you were, sorry
