Schedules a call. I get an automated call that puts me on hold for 5 minutes then asks if I want a call back. I know this isn't the usual case since the person on the phone is the one more experienced with the details, but I feel like I'm getting mansplained so hard on this call. I try to ask very specific things and I get like the most basic obvious description of something that isn't in question. Me: "It says the code is unlisted, use a listed code, operative report, or description of the services. I don't have a more specific code to use, so I included a description of the services from the provider and this came back, so I need to figure out what I need to send" Him: "Well it's rejected because it's unlisted, so you need to send a description of what was done" MOTHERFUCKER then started calling them "clinicals" had to go back around a couple times to get clarification that he wants the office notes instead of a letter omg he's explaining deductibles now "give me about a week" ?!?! and the pièce de résistance "okay sir... ma'am" 🤦‍♀️
