Daily time limits, overnight blocks, fewer notifications and even an option to ditch the algorithmic feed are all part of the deal.

@TheConversationUS 17B is nothing for Meta. Their products so toxic it's unimaginable. Feels like a literal Nazi propaganda website. Constant harassment happens there with zero moderation. They're like Fox News but hundreds of times worse because people feel like they're insiders on the propaganda being fed to them. There is probably never a Donald presidency without their addictive disinformation engines. It harms older adults as much as kids. It should be 17B a day until they fix this shit.
@TheConversationUS this is fantastic. This is what good regulation does: not just set rules and make experiences annoying, but put real pressure on harmful capitalist decision making and makes consequences for the societal impacts that normally have none.
